  1. Synoptek

    Lead Solution Architect

    Aug 2025 – Present

    • Lead multiple cross-functional software development teams, fostering collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
    • Partner with project managers, business analysts, UX designers and stakeholders to deliver digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
    • Direct the end-to-end delivery of a digital experience platform built on Kentico DXP and a custom Laravel TALL stack application.
    • Design and implement AWS cloud architecture for scalability, security and high availability.
    • Provide hands-on technical guidance and architectural direction on complex projects, mentoring teams and promoting innovation.
    • Establish coding standards, best practices and quality assurance processes that improve performance, maintainability and long-term success.

  2. DirectMail2.0

    Clearwater, Florida

    • Grew from team lead to leading four teams (two cross-functional internal teams and two external teams) while staying hands-on in the code.
    • Remediated vulnerabilities identified through AWS Inspector and penetration tests.
    • Contributed to SOC 2 compliance by implementing secure development practices and maintaining documentation for audit trails.

    Senior Software Developer

    Feb 2018 – Feb 2019

    • Modernized a legacy application from simple hosting to AWS, improving performance by 300% and reducing costs.
    • Built core backend systems and public APIs in Node.js/TypeScript and Laravel.
    • Built Go CLI tools for processing large mailing lists and rule-based notifications.
    • Introduced a Vue/Nuxt front-end overhaul and implemented TDD across platforms.
    • Integrated third-party APIs including Twilio, WhitePages, Facebook and Google.

  3. Pfizer

    Lead Software Engineer

    Oct 2021 – Nov 2022

    • Built a Python backend for the AMBA Wellness Coach apps.
    • Built serverless APIs with the AWS SAM framework, using Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, S3, SES, DocumentDB and Cognito.
    • Mentored new hires.
    • Coordinated with other teams, third parties and vendors.

    Nov 2012 – Feb 2018

    • Modernized a legacy application from simple web hosting to AWS, using EC2, RDS, S3, SES and other e-commerce services.
    • Integrated payment methods such as PagBrazil, 3DS and Amazon Pay to support customers around the world.

  5. SADA, an Insight company

    Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia

    Solutions Architect

    Nov 2010 – Oct 2012

    • Migrated more than 1,000,000 users at companies and universities from Microsoft Exchange, Zimbra and cPanel email hosting to Google Apps.
    • Partnered with developers to make sure applications met user requirements, through user acceptance testing and deployment documentation.
    • Developed applications with the Google Apps API, Java EE (Spring and Hibernate) and PHP for various companies.
    • One of the first 100 people to pass the Google Apps Deployment Certification.
