I'm a Lead Solution Architect in Digital Customer Experience at Synoptek, bridging strategic vision with hands-on technical execution. Since 2008, I've helped organizations modernize their digital ecosystems by bringing together marketing technology, cloud architecture and CX strategy to drive meaningful business outcomes.

I don't just design architectures. I lead teams, engage clients, and still get my hands dirty in code. At Synoptek, I lead DCX technical delivery across Kentico, Laravel, AWS and Azure, guiding offshore and onshore teams while working directly with clients to turn business goals into scalable technical solutions.

I grew up in Kediri, East Java, and started my career in Surabaya before making Florida my home, where I earned a master's in Information Technology from the University of South Florida. The name of this site, tjan.dev, comes from 曾 (Tjan).
